How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

From the day your order is placed except weekends & holidays, please allow 2 business days for processing, before shipping commence (based on your shipping choice).

Please note business days does not include weekends.

NEXT DAY AIR is shipped same day, if ordered before 4pm on weekdays, and next day if ordered after 4pm on weekdays. 

 

Where does Envie Store ship from?

Orders are safely shipped from Chicago, IL.

 

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, as well as Canada.

  

 I made an online order but I have not received a confirmation email?

If an order was successfully placed online you will be prompted to receive an order number immediately after checkout to the email address provided, if you didn't input your email, then your order confirmation will be sent as an SMS to the phone number provided at checkout, If you are unsure if your order was placed or not please contact us directly at info@enviestore.com before making another purchase. 

 

 If I live locally, can I come pick up or exchange my items that I purchased?

At this moment we do not have a physical store, we are an online shoe store. All orders will be shipped out directly to the customer, and all returns and/or exchanges mailed back to the company has to follow the return policy. 

 

How do I apply the store coupon code?

When you're at the checkout page please enter the coupon code into the "Discount Codes" box and click "apply". The system will confirm if the coupon code is valid and apply the discount towards your purchase. Only ONE  can be used for each order.  

 

If I forgot to submit my coupon code at checkout, can you go back and adjust the price?

Any coupon codes offered at the time MUST be applied during checkout. Once your order has been submitted online, we will not be able to go in and make the adjustments to your order.
