Shipping Policy

From the day your order is placed except weekends & Holidays, please allow 1-2 business days for processing, before shipping commence (based on your shipping choice) 

Please note business days do not include weekends.

Processing time includes the time from when your order is placed, fulfilled, shipping label created until it is picked up and scanned by your shipping carrier. 

Standard packages typically arrive between 3-5 business days.

Missing Packages

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages, input of wrong address when placing an order. Once a package has left our facility, your carrier (USPS or UPS) will hold all liability if a package is lost/stolen. We will not refund an order because of a wrong address input when placing your order.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
